Carman Rossi – President and Founder
Carman is based in Alexandria, Virginia and is focused on working directly with Chambers of Commerce to deliver the eCertify solution to exporters and freight forwarders in the USA and Canada. Carman spent 14 years in the Consumer Electronics Industry with companies such as Phillips, Pioneer and Marantz in international marketing and sales.
He spent 9 years in senior management in the IT industry with corporate clients for Remington, Wang and Oracle selling global supply chain solutions. In 1992 he and Jannette started TridentGLOBAL in Australia to deliver export documentation and management solutions to exporters. As a result of his dedication to the export industry in Australia he was awarded a Fellowship (FAIEx) in 1999 by the Australian Institute of Export.

In 2004 Carman created eCertify to transform the last manual process in the global supply chain process by creating an online solution for processing Certificates of Origin electronically.

Jannette Rossi – Communication Manager
Jannette leads the media and communications activities for eCertify and works closely with chambers on their GoToMarket strategy to promote the electronic service to their members.
She promotes awareness of the program through print media, press releases, promotional material, email communications and participation in various exhibitions and events for chambers, exporters and freight forwarders. More recently, participating in the 2009 7th World Chambers Congress in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, American Chambers of Commerce Executive 2009 Convention in Raleigh, North Carolina and 2010 in Milwaukee Wisconsin, USA.
Prior to establishing TridentGLOBAL with Carman in 1992, she spent 10 years accumulating wide media and public relations experience working in television, feature film production, and radio as well as advertising agencies in Adelaide and Sydney. The companies included Channel 7, SA Film Corporation, Young and Rubicam Sydney, Grey Advertising Sydney and McCann-Erickson, Adelaide.
She divides her time between the Alexandria office in Virginia, USA and head office in Adelaide, South Australia.
